DETAILS: Click here for information on how Vitamin B6 is useful in TTC. Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P) is the coenzyme form of Vitamin B6. The body must first convert vitamin B6 into P-5-P before it can be utilized. Taking P-5-P instead of Vitamin B6 ensures maximum effectiveness.

Suitable for vegetarians, sugar, salt and starch free. Specially coated. Solgar's Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate Tablets are free of corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products, and are formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. Solgar's P-5-P Tablets are specially coated for protection against degradation from stomach acids.

DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Some people experience mild difficulty in sleeping if taken at bedtime, so it is recommended to take P-5-P or Vitamin B6 early in the day (such as with breakfast or lunch). Do not take more than 200 mg. per day. One to two tablets (50 mg. each) daily should be sufficient. To assure freshness and potency, store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
